Dentist here. You can do it. Muster up the courage to make that phone call and let the office take it from there. That is what they do. We see people all the time that haven't been in for longer than you. Also if you do have any anxieties please bring them up on the initial phone call or during the exam. We have many ways to doing things and most often we can work around most things.

Stacy, I'm glad to hear that you have found a good dentist that you trust. Sorry to hear about that tooth that is bothering you still. Have you called the office to let them know? Many times teeth with silver fillings will have fractures underneath them that are hard to see which would require a restoration on the tooth that covers the chewing surface. Other times the bite may be off and need adjusting. Whatever the reason, I hope this resolves soon.

If that are not understanding and offer ways to help, hang up and call another. The correlation between oral and system health is growing stronger everyday. You can use a start menu replacement application, its a hack and dosen't have that "native" feel, but it does work.

Only real and legal solution for encrypted HD live TV. I would drop it in a second if there was another option.

Personally I wish that MS would make a live tv app for metro then let the community get everything else in line.

You make some very valid points. While I contend that watching the Screensavers was an educational experience and Jeff and I should be thanked for your experience, I concede that going to the computer fairs was cruel and unusual punishment for which we owe a debt of service for. I will be happy to whip up some grub for you anytime.

As for your puppy, as far as I know he still doesn't answer to "Russel" so your point is invalidated. Please supply further evidence to support your claim.
