What we did at <a href="http://Spheric.ca" rel="nofollow">http://Spheric.ca</a> was put in a policy to always send cool links to @spheric where one of our team members @chandavid built a simple php script to read those tweets and send them to our <a href="http://delicious.com/spheric" rel="nofollow">http://delicious.com/spheric</a> account. This way we can let all our followers see what we're tweeting about and we can also capture them in out delicious account for looking up later.
