I looked over the GS earnings numbers and if it spikes up on earnings ( Thursday pre-market) short the spike!
It might not spike--so that stupid lady with the high pay, ( dutch's gal friday) might be right, and GS is a short now! As near as I can figure, they would have to beat the street by 0.50 cents ( report at least $4.75) to get to $201 ( last years may high)

GS going to $210? More importantly, what are you doing with OCT strikes? Isn't that bad, because there's not any time! Nov strikes will work, just go to the $300 ones! I give --GS 50/50 on earnings could go either way--if it spikes, short the spike

The bearish noise was off the charts in the last 5 trading days. They got blown out today. There is probably a little more squeeze before a decent correction kicks in.

very nice article so many people scared the helll out me with bearish thoughts that i sold my august 4 C call i had 200 at .03 cents at .16c i was so stupid could have turned 600 into 16000 today if i held.

Specifically, 20,890 January 2010 7.50 calls traded on the NYSE Arca at 10:10 a.m. for the ask price of $0.71, or $71 per contract. Simultaneously, 20,890 January 2010 10 calls traded on the same exchange for the bid price of $0.42, or $42 per contract. The result is a long vertical call spread, or a debit spread.

Due to the sold January 10 call, the total cost of this position rests at $0.29, or $29 per contract – $605,810 for the entire trade. Maximum profit is achieved if C rallies more than 142% to $10 per share by the time these options expire on Jan. 15, 2010. The maximum loss is limited to the debit paid to enter the trade.

FSLR In the front-month series, put players have overwhelmingly concentrated their bearish bets at the 125 strike. This deep out-of-the-money option has 23,214 contracts in residence.

With FSLR trading near $147 at last check, a pullback to $125 within the next two weeks doesn't seem terribly likely. Nevertheless, it's easy to see why bearish sentiment is ramping up on this solar stock. FSLR has backpedaled significantly from its May peak near $210 per share, and the equity is now in danger of finishing August below its 10-month moving average. Such an occurrence would mark the first monthly breach of this long-term trendline since March.

DTG earnings after hrs. i am long 17.50 PUTS it ran .60c to 17.50 in 4 months 1100% gain they have HUGE debt 93m cash 1.5 bill debt if they miss this can gap down to 12-3 area imo and that's only IF they miss
