Full screen apps get their own "space" so there is no need to assign them one. If you already have a space 2 created, it should still be available as well as your desktop. The full screen iTunes should be on a third screen.

Did you make sure to check the Also email 1 person not yet using Google+ checkbox? I noticed that I didn't point that out in the tutorial, so it's added now. I just tested it and it runs fine.

I've gotta tip my hat to you, I just couldn't have done this. 30 days with a BlackBerry and no Android goodness would have been more than I can take. RIM has their work cut out for them if they hope to stay competitive in the corporate arena. Eventually, iOS and Android will take total control of that market as well. It seems to me that RIM has been slow to change, taking refuge in the fact that they were the phone to beat for corporations for such a long time. Their failure to change and grow will end up hurting them heavily in the end.

Make sure that you don't have Facebook chat enabled on your mobile phone. If you do it will override the page setting on your computer upon refresh. Took me a while to figure that out.

In Excel 2011:
Right-click Toolbar and select Customize Toolbars and Menus.
Select Commands.
Go to All Commands.
Find the Format Painter and drag it to the toolbar above the Ribbon.
Now you always have the Format Painter tool.

Try holding down the Volume + button and Power button and see if it will power up. If it doesn't then I suspect that you have a defective unit.
