It was a good week.)

Saturn girl looks basically exactly like Number 6 from BSG. You need something to measure the tire pressure, you need materials to make the booth and the signs. I bet you'd have trouble finding those for $5.

Re: i am your canadian boyfriend (I should probably cut back on my sugar intake.)

OH MY GOD YOU CAN FLY!

I knew it. You could store strings, integers, floats, dates, etc. all in there pretty simply. However, they would use a lot more storage space as strings than they would as native data types (e.g. integer 1000 is one byte, string '1000' is 4). Over a large data set that would really add up. Secondly, when doing queries, your comparison operators (e.g. WHERE date > 2009-07-06) would be way less efficient as string comparisons than native type comparisons.

These considerations are also, of course, limitations of various (but not all) NoSQL systems.

Re: lowindustrial.

To be fair, he was only ever really a model who dabbled briefly in acting.

Re: skylor.me

The annoyingness of your "high resolution" overlays is particularly evident here.

Re: Weird

Don't be silly, everybody knows who Namor is.
