I'm happy with Cmd-C.

Re: flic.kr Bookmarklet

Works perfectly - would be even more awesome if the bookmarklet copy and paste the shorten URL into clipboard automatically (I suppose I can do that, but then I'm lazy) :)

Re: Parkerad hos Loopia Webbhotell

Nice abstract!

Re: Waxin' & Milkin': A Visual Mixtape

This is great!

Re: 20 SEO tricks for launching a new website

I can't believe that you actually posted this. teehee. I've been meaning to write something like this but was worried that it'd look superficial - but clearly it does not. Give me new hopes. But I see these things visually. It's good that you are able to put them in words.

Re: Don’t go to business school?

Getting an MBA in the business world is irrelevant. Sure.. it's much like getting an MFA in the design world. But it's relevant if you want to teach. It's also relevant if you wish to find a diversity of folks that you may connect with in a very closed space = prime location for sparks to happen in the random universe. If networking means anything in the business world (which it does), MBA (and the school you picked) may be key in your career--just may not be the textbook reason you're expecting, that's all.

Re: The New Search War: Google vs Facebook

The only thing that frightens me most is what'd happen to me when I fail to become an 'early adopter'... something I'm barely holding onto thanks to my Twitter and Friendfeed buddies...

Re: Bootstrapping Technology For Eight Bucks a Day

It looks like that you guys have grown quite a bit. I definitely had no idea that permits are required for anything beyond a tripod + camera.

...and insurance for a million dollars?! That is hefty! Just to be clear though, you do mean it's for a coverage of at least $1M and not that one have to provide $1M to be insured...?

Re: Filthy Dirty

Thanks :)

Re: Filthy Dirty

Who knew that poker playing can inspire such fantastic story telling.

Re: Paul The Wine Guy - I'm not having fun anymore

I missed your set! I told my friends about it but I did not have the chance to see it myself last week.

If you are concerned about ownership, what you created is something new and you should be proud of it. I invite you to watch a video by Larry Lessig on TED.com:

http://blog.ted.com/2007/11/larry_lessig.php

Re: What are we doing when we Twitter?

I think that Twitter are many things to many different people. Here are uses I have observed from my friends:

1. Some folks use it to announce new blog posts (@mashable, @nyt, etc)
2. Some folks use it to report really personal statuses (@ararinert, @kipbot, etc)
3. Some folks use it to vent (@antikewl, @saturdave, etc)
4. Some folks use it to log every single thing that they are doing, i.e. microblog, and as such does all of the above (@seeminglee - that's me)

I think that you can't really enjoy Twitter unless you use a Twitter app such as Snitter that's constantly running. @arainert gave me shit about not using RSS readers for news anymore, and he's right, I don't. I rely on Twitter now.

All the blogs that I follow has a Twitter account and they tweet about their post with a fairly good digest anyhow. 140 word count really get people to write their gists, which is good. It's communication in WSJ style, which is great when you don't have much time--that applies to everyone these days.

/SML
