I guess I'm kinda conservative when it comes to steroids ;-) I've tried very few of prohormone/prosteroid/androgen products legally marketed under DSHEA.

But people I know have reported good results in size and strength particularly w/ 4-estra products.

So, how was this product? When compared to an AAS, was it in the same ballpark? Did it stack mass like a 'real' steroid?

Funny, the guy at Max Muscle told me it was a fab product for building size but at $90+ a bottle it was cheaper to use....

hah yet another reason for an iphone:)

looks really *nice*.

i'm a huge fan of weight training over anything else. weight training builds muscles, which ups your metabolism, which burns fat.

aerobics is the "quick hit" straight to the loss, but i recommend to everyone--weight training is what's gonna give you the most bang for the buck. and dump the BS ladies about "too much muscle"--you won't get that far unless you're doing juice (yeah i said it, LOL).

big ups on the app hunt. i'm actually looking into seeing if i can acquire an iphone this week; this'll be one of the first things i'll throw on it.

I have been using an app for my iPhone to track what I put into my body, Lose it.

It's free.
I set my desired goal and it calculates what I can eat per day to reach it in 'X' amount of time. I even set mine back from the suggested 2,107 cal/day to 1,703. Takes some getting used to. Takes insane discipline. And, not to mention takes clever thinking when choosing meals to make thru the day!
But as far as exercise goes, it sucks. It's boring. Cardio and fat burn that is...
But weight training burns insane calories! And results are 2X as fast as you burn fat AND build lean muscle!
Before you know it you're bulging in all the right places!
