So, how was this product? When compared to an AAS, was it in the same ballpark? Did it stack mass like a 'real' steroid?

Funny, the guy at Max Muscle told me it was a fab product for building size but at $90+ a bottle it was cheaper to use....

I have been using an app for my iPhone to track what I put into my body, Lose it.

It's free.
I set my desired goal and it calculates what I can eat per day to reach it in 'X' amount of time. I even set mine back from the suggested 2,107 cal/day to 1,703. Takes some getting used to. Takes insane discipline. And, not to mention takes clever thinking when choosing meals to make thru the day!
But as far as exercise goes, it sucks. It's boring. Cardio and fat burn that is...
But weight training burns insane calories! And results are 2X as fast as you burn fat AND build lean muscle!
Before you know it you're bulging in all the right places!
