As far as changing, it is probably a reg key but once for each disk but it doesn't need to be turned on for all disks.

It is on my list but several things just got bumped up in priority ahead of it...

Re: Another Overlooked Windows Setting for the DBA

Do you know of a way to script this?

Re: Steal This Blog

Good article Jason. As I said in the post, you can create multiple procedures to handle the most frequently updated value combinations.

Re: SSIS Resources

Doug,

Thanks for the link. I updated the post. Definitely check out the Oregon SQL Dev group if you get a chance. If you want to go above that, add OPTION(MAXRECURSION 102) after the ORDER BY clause. You can use 0 for unlimited, but be careful.

Re: Deciding Who to Follow on Twitter

Good post. I was on a windows (IIS7) plan, and the problem I was having is that I couldn't get Url Rewriting to work correctly on secondary sites. It worked fine on the primary site in the root but they are using some sort of rewriting for the secondary sites that was conflicting with what I was trying to do. The other problem I had was that every settings change took hours.

The code box I'm using is wp-syntax. I tried several and the one worked the best.

Re: Google Chrome Won’t Start in Vista x64 – SOLVED!

It's still the same the newest versions of Chrome.
