I don't own a car so I'm both a serious bicyclist and pedestrian (I live and work downtown). I'm a stickler to obeying traffic laws while on my bike, yet I've been hit three times by poor, ignorant drivers (no injuries, thank goodness). But...there are lots of bad bicyclists, too. You go down E. South, turn on S. Wisner and it's somewhere back in there.
