Love this conversation. I'm siding with Wurzer on the point of valuing the aggregated data. I hope/think it'll evolve to broker models that make it more favorable to the agents who contribute the most listings.

Rough crowd. This article is funny. There isn't really much to say about a newer version of the F-150. I definitely wouldn't classify it as a "concept car". At most I would say this truck boasts a couple "concept features". Concept cars should showcase the forward thinking vision that the engineers at Ford have, not next years model.

I used to use twhirl, but abandoned it for tweetdeck a few months back. I recently tried hootsuite, but I like using one app at a time and didn't see enough value in it to re-train myself.

Good Summary - I'm going to use the 'increased trust' point to try to connect with some agents that still aren't online. Plus, it seems much easier for them to rank higher for their name compared to 'Arizona Real Estate' for example. Of course this doesn't work for the realtor named George Bush - he's got an uphill battle regardless.
