Yep - I'm familiar with what you're showing but a snood is totally
different. Look it up on eBay and you'll see. They wore them during the 40s
alot too. Great way to keep your hair neat but ladylike.

Interesting. I think there is a lot of confusion about this, because the ones I'm showing are all called snoods on their individual sites. Even the ones I saw on etsy looked like the ones pictured. Maybe this is the 'modern' snood.

They don't have them online. You have to go into Nordstroms. If they don't have them - they can locate them for you.

I think you just need to find the right one. I promise you - it will change your life. So much versatility - money well spent. Having said that, you don't have to spend a lot. Gap has a cute one right now.

I would go for something fluid, or like a tunic in black - Mara Hoffman style. Be careful not to go too tight on top. I think the ankle booties would look great!
