It's so refreshing in a world full of facades.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Part of what you struggle with is basic introversion. You might consider doing the Meyers-Briggs test. (It's pretty easy &amp; there are some free on-line ways to do it, I think.) That will reveal some stuff you may never have thought of.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;One characteristic of introverts is that they are drained by parties. You are not alone!
