Almost everything that Alex Jones says in this video is a lie. Just like that Tim Osman lie, which you people will believe because you'll believe anything that Alex Jones says. Robert Baer believes that 911 was an inside job? Right. The majority of the victims' family members believe that it was an inside job? Right.

I listened to Jones live for the first time this week. I'm pretty sure he's not deranged; he's just out for your money. But anyone who listens to him and believes him is surely deranged.

I should not have been shocked, but was shocked, by the sick people who advertise on his show, including:

1) People selling mail-order long-term food supplies (as if you can't buy food down the street);
2) People selling pepper spray;
3) People selling alternative medicine, with the usual claim of Big Pharma lying to you;
4) People selling military surplus (gas masks, etc.) for preparing the whole family;
5) People selling questionable vitamin supplements to help you out with vague enumerated symptoms; and
6) People (Alex Jones, Jason Bermas) selling bullshit thoroughly debunked anti-government DVDs.

And I must note the absolute best -

Alex did a spot for a company that manufactures machines to extract water from the air, claiming that humidity was water in its purest form. Can you imagine the dumbasses that would buy into this? Fluoride nuts who don't want to leave the house once in a while to buy water. No, they'd rather turn on a coil and wait to collect water drip-by-drip.

You people need to seek mental help.

This is the most stupid video I've ever seen.

For instance, the idiot who wrote this song states that if you challenge the consensus, they'll put you away with the Patriot Act. Has that happened once?

Bin Laden was not funded by the CIA. You've had many years (more than 7, actually) to demonstrate a link between the CIA and Bin Laden, and all you have for "evidence" is a hip hop video.

We didn't sell chemical weapons to Saddam Hussein - at least, there's no evidence for that. That's another popular story among the "hate America first" crowd. You have to believe it because you want to believe it.

As far as I know, the government didn't engineer crack. That's a popular conspiracy theory in black culture - along with the extremely stupid argument that the government engineered HIV.

What's this Lee Malvo worship? Really? A mass murderer? Is Lee Malvo the type of person that you truthers consider a hero? Well, at least we normal people can count on truthers to do exactly nothing; you talk a big game but you probably won't do anything about it.

You silly goose. Just because I call bullshit on 911 myths (especially the Building 7 idiocy) does not mean that I have total blind faith in the government. I don't know why you think that - it's likely that you lack the capacity to understand basic logic.

At this point, I wouldn't even accuse Andrew of having total blind faith in Alex Jones. However, he's certainly a parrot for Alex Jones - he's got the Infowars rss down below.

That argument proves nothing. Certainly Hitler took advantage of his dumb luck. But remember that there was still enough law & order left in Germany to allow Markov to present a defense and not be found guilty.

If you wish to argue that Bush took advantage of 911 just like Hitler took advantage of the Reichstag fire, then fine. I'd have a few issues with that, but that's a much better argument than the crap that Alex Jones spews and you parrot.

No, your point seemed to evolve into 911 truthers not being holocaust deniers. Surely there are holocaust deniers that are not truthers, and truthers that are not holocaust deniers, but it's somewhat silly to think that, after reading thousands of truther websites (apparently without having the courage to confront responses to truther claims), you've all but concluded that no truther is also a holocaust denier.

Andrew, you seemed to write in the previously thread that the Israelis definitely had foreknowledge of 911. That's bullshit, of course, or, at least, 7 years later, there's no proof. I don't think you quite understand that, even if you don't have the disease of anti-Semitism, you're being manipulated by those who do.

As to the FDNY, you're right, you haven't explicitly blamed the FDNY (as some truthers have), the FDNY would NECESSARILY HAVE HAD TO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED in the conspiracy (including the bullshit about blowing up WTC 7). I don't think you've thought this out, Andrew. At least the truthers who claim the FDNY was behind the conspiracy are intellectually consistent - they're horrible people, of course.

Andrew, you've teamed up with a bunch of uneducated losers. Every stupid WTC 7 claim has been debunked. It's your choice.

Second, there is an immense consensus of historians, scientists, journalists, inside sources, eyewitnesses, etc. that 19 hijackers did the attacks without the help of the U.S. or Israeli governments. As an analogy, there's no official story on the Holocaust. Nonetheless, there's an immense consensus as to its existence and effects. I must also note to you that Alex Jones got famous telling people, back in the 1990s, how the Bill Clinton presidency and the U.N. and FEMA were going to enslave all dissenters. Also, you should look on youtube for the wild claims that Alex Jones was making during Y2K.
