There was an article a couple of weeks ago and it appeared the Comcast rep was monitoring the public timeline.

I'm working with Direct Energy and I'm happy to see someone in Texas @DirectEnergyTX trying to emulate Comcast. Both companies have the same Customer Service reputation (bad).

From a Customer Service standpoint it would make sense to monitor the public timeline as a brand reputation exercise.

Re: Zentact.com…Always Be Selling!

cool. let us know what you think

Re: Zentact.com…Always Be Selling!

Thanks for the tip Hoaward, it couldn't come at a better time for me. I used to practically "live in" my contact manager (GoldMine) at my last job. Now that I am a freelance SEO COnsultant I lie on the web for 95% of my day. I amin the process of merging al of my contact info to one email address and it is the one I have Zentact attached to. Now when I surf the web I will have all of my contact info at my finger tips.

Thanks again Howard!

Re: GigaOm: Another place to find me

Thanks, Mike.

Re: GigaOm: Another place to find me

Wow Matthew, what a busy guy. I heard you comment at WordCamp today. When I came home I searched Twitter for all posts related to #wcto08 and added anyone I didn't already follow. Sorry, make that EVERYONE I didn't already follow. Why? To broaden my horizons beyond the usual suspects and to possibly engage in some new conversations ... like this one!

Re: louisgray.com: Relax, Bloggers: Nobody Is Keeping Score, and There's No Quota.

Great post Louis. I just started blogging regularly again. At best my previous efforts were hit and miss, but now I'm offering Daily SEO Tips so I feel it is important not to miss a day.

I decided to do the Daily SEO Tips to do exactly what you say NOT to do, push myself to pump out content on a regular basis. But I'm going to take your advice and I'll re-brand the tips, "newmediaMike's SEO Tips".

Re: Let's pick a day and all inflate our tires together (Scripting News)

Yeah I've had to pay for air too.

Re: Let's pick a day and all inflate our tires together (Scripting News)

Some oil companies would profit from our filling our tires with air.
