I did not say "Let's just keep thinks the way they are." In fact my comment "We can do a much better job for the poor" would clearly imply that I do think thing can be better.

I didn't say it was. I said people have a choice whether to use that credit.

If the working conditions, wages and other benefits are not competitive with other jobs than the worker has a choice, leave and go someplace else.

If there are more jobs than workers, employers will be forced to pay more and give better benefits and working conditions. If there are more workers than jobs, the employee should be happy to have the job. The people out of work (Q) have a choice too; move to where there are more jobs, improve their job skills or start their own business.

Actually the fact I said it isn't perfect makes it clear I do think there is room for improvement.

Giving the rich anything is not capitalism, earning it is capitalism. Giving the rich what they do not deserve is corruption, as I called it above "Crony Capitalism" I thinn that is something we can agree on.

Rags to Riches has been the American dream and is still possible today.

We can do a much better job for the poor in our society by showing them how to get ahead and spending less time telling them they can't get ahead.

MSH, Don't think that all right wingers are religious zealots. I am a conservative but I am not religious. I don't think religion should have a role in government.

I am disappointed there there doesn't seem to be a party that represents me. Socially liberal and fiscally conservative. Oh wait a minute there is - Libertarian. It is sad more Americans don't take the libertarian party or people like Ron Paul seriously. They actually represent the values of more Americans than most people think.

Thank you, I am sick of the hate the rich and hate wall street mentality. The problem is not Capitalism it is Crony Capitalism. I don't understand why people blame the rich but don't give equal blame to the crooked politicians that rig the system.

Done for you is a total myth. If it was truly that easy big companies with money would crush small investors in this business. It is exactly because you can't totally automate the business, that it is complex with a lot of moving parts, that allows the small investor to be very successful.

I have never bought a listed property. However I just recently started to make offers on REOs. I have seen some pretty low prices relative to list price.

I have gone through the step by step process. As you say Google give pretty clear instructions. When I check with their rich snippets testing tool, it works and my picture is shown.

When search Google all I see is a very tiny photo in the search results. It is placed below the site description and says "you shared this" Does my "application" have to be approved first?

In fact when I search for Silicon Filter, one of the websites they use as an example in their instructions - there is no author picture!

When I search for your site, your picture pops right up.

I have always tried to add at least a lead image to my post. However you taught me something by example a tip you didn't even mention. - The image doesn't have to do exactly with the post topic as long as you can tie it in.

Your candy photo is a great example of building interest by making people wonder what the image has to do with the article.

I think you are right and your point makes perfect sense. I think Sire has a valid point too.

I think what Sire is missing is that you and Darren understand that you may loose some readers by not responding as much. It is a conscious decision because you believe there will be a net is a gain by focusing on other things that draw more readers.

I did notice however that you didn't mention his blog or name in your video. That came across as odd and perhaps deliberate to me.

Do you get much response to either of these? I use, Share This, and I don't think I have gotten any value from it. The problem is people have to notice the widget, have a clue what it is, be motivated enough to click it and they must be a member of the social networking sites to submit it.

That really narrows i down and unless you have a lot of traffic i can't see it adding much value.

Yipeee, I made the top 100. ! ! !

Some time ago you gave me quite a bit of encouragement by saying that with the quality writing I was doing, as soon as I got some PR I would move into the top 100. That small bit of encouragement kept me going.

As I am sure you know, it's easy to get discouraged in the begining when you have no trafffic and therefore no feedback on the job you are doing.

I just donated. I will get a post up about this. Perhaps in my small way I can help this go viral. I what I have read around the net E-perks sucks. I hope they crash and burn in court.

I didn't see it in the suit but I thought I read it earlier. Is ePerks trying to shut your site down or have comments removed? You are offering to allow comments on your site. When someone comments they are accepting your offer. The valuable ink in return is consideration for the license to use the comment. Eperks attempts to remove such comments is a tort "interference with contract" Where do I sign up to sue them? Heck they have more money than you do!

I use the the Google XML sitemaps generator but Webmaster tools says I don't have a site map. This despite the fact that the plugin says google found the sitemap. I haven't had time to figure it out yet. Google seems to find my site OK.

One thing I like in webmaster tools is the links feature. It shows ALL the links that google knows about. Being a non techie guy, that is a simple enough metric that I can understand.

I have been using AWstats and Google Analytics. I have found that Google is a lot lower than AW stats. Perhaps because AW Stats is part of my hosing service.

Seriously I am glad you are doing this list. I have found that most blog catalogs categorize into such large groupings that it is hard for a niche blog to show up anywhere near the top. I appreciate the opportunity to show off my blog.
