I've played chess a good number of times, I'd just like to get better. I'll have to check those out! Santorini is on my list as well in that category.

I used Board Game Geek data and notated the percent of people that recommend a game solo or with 2 players. Just makes it easy to sort the sheet when I'm looking for a low player count!

Based on your skillz at Pandemic tournaments, looks like you're taking your own advice. It's pretty cool to go deep into a few games. Chess is one for instance I'd love to go down the rabbit whole.

Yeah that is really tough. It is a hassle to cull. I just got done selling off a few games on BGG and the communication, and shipping, and coordinating is not fun.

I think I might start selling more games at cons and price em to go. Though if you regularly cull, it's less of a hassle because you never have a huuuuge stack to hand off.

Usually goals are extremely blended like how you're describing, but it can be a great exercise, especially for a client, to rank your priorities. It can really help drive meaningful conversations about what social media is for. Followers is the easiest to track, but not always tied to a primary goal. Thanks for reading! :)

Here, here! Tons of followers can be attractive or some demographics and even unattractive to other demographics if someone is looking for a tighter-knit community.

The characteristics of a channel don't matter much if (1) your time and money investment pays off and (2) if you're able to use the audience to build fans of your brand you can later reach (e.g. collecting emails). You can accomplish this on zero-sum or non zero-sum channels.

Before you pursue different channels, you want to build up your home base first. So that's the first step for startups if it's not already done.

Similar reasons why folks may leave similar to “The Content is No Longer Relevant” would be sloppiness, the length of articles, and the quality. E.g. did you just bring on 8 guest posters and they each write one paragraph per post, etc...
