We invest in NYC because we make money doing that. And right now, it appears that we are making a lot of money doing that&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We are also doing extremely well in SF (we don't have any companies on the peninsula). &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We think NYC and SF are the two best web startup hotbeds right now. I'd put seattle, boston, and socal right after them. Boulder and Austin also are interesting. But we can't be everywhere as much as we'd like to be. We are also testing the waters in europe, particulalry london&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I don't have a great answer to your last question.
