Charter does offer HD packages in most areas, so there's a possibility that either you're in one of the few areas that isn't receiving HD packages yet or you just haven't opted to purchase one of the HD packages which you do have to subscribe to separately.

You are completely right about that. Half the time the techs don't even care enough to show up, and you wouldn't believe how many times I've had to tell the techs how to fix the problem because they are too incompetent to do it. The ONLY reason we use Charter at all is because we have no other option unless we want dial up or satellite. From my own experiences as well as discussions with others who have used satellite, you might as well stick with dial up.

We've dropped our services from the largest package they have to just the basics and raised them back up again only because it's so much more expensive to carry just the basic services. You end up paying less for more services but deal with more hassle because of the fact no one cares. We now know exactly why Charter is bankrupt.

I do login almost daily, but the point is most of us don't receive any of the emails that are supposed to tell us when the days start so when we do login, even if it is daily, everything is gone. Plus most of the redemption items suck anyway, and why am I going to spend 15,000 points on a dvd I could pick up for $10?

I didn't get around to it yesterday, so I hope I can get it done today. I'm crossing my fingers because our entire bathroom looks disgusting. This house sat empty for 11 years, mainly used as storage, but the water was still on, so there's 11 years of buildup on everything. The toilet bowl is stained so badly the whole bottom of it is brown, and nothing I've cleaned it with has worked.

If this stuff works in the shower I might drain the toilet bowl and give it a good scrub. It's worth a shot, and if it doesn't do the job I'll finally break down and buy a new toilet.

I know for a fact the woman doesn't have any neighbors. She lives in a double wide in the middle of a wooded area. I'm so pissed off right now I want to track the woman down and knock some sense into her. When I spoke to Kate this morning I told her going to the police should be her next option. Something HAS to be done about these little girls. The police CAN'T say they can't do anything because it's obvious the two older girls are NOT being home schooled. The mother couldn't even show Kate the material she was using for home schooling.

I called child services again, but I was told they couldn't file a complaint based on what I was telling them because it was "word of mouth". I had to actually see it in action. Child services in our area is a seriously fuct up service. Everyone of them needs to be fired and replaced with competent people who actually care about the children they're supposed to be protecting.

The program would be much better if the incentives were actually rewarded in a manor that kept customers coming back and signing up for more products. My personal opinion is that the entire program needs to be restructured. It was presented as a great program with great benefits for customers, yet the program doesn't live up to that. It has ended up in the same category as most of Charter's other products...well below par.

It isn't a matter of not affording it, and not buying it. We wouldn't have bought if we couldn't have afforded it.

It's a matter of credit card companies with shady practices that are getting worse and worse. It's a matter of companies changing our terms and conditions, interest rates, and credit limits without informing us. It's a matter of taking every opportunity to HURT the credit ratings of customers instead of improving upon it.

Without customers pretty soon all companies are going to find themselves in the same situation as AIG, and who's going to bail those companies out?

Chrome says "Woah, you just crashed!". I shit you not. 2 minutes on Neopets and it was crashing left and right. :-p When you want to test it out, take it to the big dawgs with all their flash and shockwave and heavy loading pages :-D.
