You're right, companies that figure out how to give&lt;br&gt;their employees autonomy and freedom will win in the long run. 37Signals is&lt;br&gt;the best example of that - they're leading the way in "new work styles".&lt;br&gt;I'll check out your post in a few. I'm sure it's full of great insights. I've taken every vaccine out there and want my kids to do the same.
