This is pretty par for the course for this writer. If anything I'm surprised there were announcements mentioned in the article that weren't accompanied with a paragraph about how horrible Disney is and how the soul of the company is being sucked out and expelled into oblivion.

The fact that you're willing to describe Jared's response as 'utterly meaningless' while completing ignoring the ridiculous comments that warranted it in the first place is a bit suspect.

There are plenty of well-reasoned comments and arguments in this thread, and an attempt to discourage others that resort to what are essentially veiled personal attacks seems to me to be a natural response and one that should probably be made. Again, the fact that you're willing to classify his response as you do is completely bizarre to me, but to each his own I suppose.

I'm going to make this easy for you:

1. Person makes some assumption that the coverage is based on advertising.
2. I call out person and state that it's mindboggling to immediately resort to such conclusions simply because they don't agree with the opposing view.
3. You pop in and immediately assume my comment has to do with the whole free-to-play angle of the game and throw a fit.

So, like I said, read what I'm replying to before resorting to conclusions. And with that, I'm done with this stupid argument.

I think most folks that have read my previous reviews know that I don't really worry about reader comments. Differing views are awesome and I think it's great to encourage debate. I just don't think it's particularly conducive to throw out the "payoff" card simply because someone doesn't agree with a post.
