The roll-you-own builds can save bandwidth, etc, but I think long-term maintainability of the site suffers, especially if another developer (or less experienced person) has to pick up the project.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;For example, another developer who sees moo.js being loaded may incorrectly assume that certain functionality is present.
