Surprisingly enough, I got my December box on time but it was the first box I have gotten on time since August. Every month I email after the 10th when I have no shipping notification (I know they are not guaranteed to be received by the 10th, just shipped) and without fail it takes a couple days and then I magically get a shipping notification and THEN finally a response from customer service saying "oh your box already shipped" as if I am an idiot. Not once have I gotten an acknowledgement that there was a problem and they were going to fix it until I keep asking questions. They just fix it and pretend there was never a problem. In November after several email exchanges asking why I kept not getting a box and shipping notifications, they blamed it on my credit card expiring even though, as instructed, I logged in within 30 minutes of receiving the email letting me know and updated the credit card info. If I had not emailed I would have never gotten a box and I'm pretty sure they just sent me one of the extras instead of one personalized to me. I usually get my box around the 17th of the month and usually only after I start asking about why I don't have it yet. I hate to be "that person" but if I got a shipping notification as I am supposed to by the 10th every month, I wouldn't have to email every month.

Re: Happy December, It’s Time For The Christmas Parade [Road Closures]

Depends on what you define as "good"! I usually end up parking 5-10 blocks south of Broadway. It can be a haul unless you're willing to pay to park in a lot. Either way I'd stay on the south side of Broadway.

Re: http://www.morganautumn.com/post/12839396193

I will definitely be doing more walking than running, but yay!

Re: http://www.morganautumn.com/post/12839396193

Hooraaaay!
