CANNOT GET ANYONE TO CALL ME BACK CANNOT TALK TO SUPERVISOR .  THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL , I DONT THINK ANYONE SHOULD HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THE RUNAROUND WAITING ON HOLD FOR 20 MIN. AT A TIME. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN TALK TO ANYONE  IN THERE  E.C.R. DEPART. IF THEY BEGAN TO TRANSFER YOU THERE YOU MAY AS WELL HANG UP.
