When my sister, who was the first to arrive, checked in they didn't have four room next to each other on the "regular" floors so they bumped us up.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So my advice to you: check in early in the day so that the people who haven't checked out yet don't show up as "open room"  - perhaps that might help?  It's only a guess at why.
