Managed Services is a concept not a product. It is applicable to any thing that can/needs to be managed to increase utilization. But dont take my word for it our good friends at wikipedia define it as<br><br>Managed services is the practice of transferring day-to-day related management responsibility as a strategic method for improved effective and efficient operations. The person or organization who owns or has direct oversight of the organization or system being managed is referred to as the offerer, client, or customer. The person or organization that accepts and provides the managed service is regarded as the service provider.

Re: http://blog.louisgray.com/2009/04/are-linkedin-groups-tuckered-out.html

In summary, if it was easy everyone would be good at it.

Re: The 1-2-3&#8217;s of Managed Print Services (MPS)

The problem or disconnect occurs on the defining of MPS. Often it is thought of as a product or service. However is it, like Lean Sigma, a CONCEPT.

Re: Selling to the Economy

I must be missing your point here Greg. Did you ever read the back of a cereal box when you were a 7 year old and find a 1-800 number for questions or concerns? Matchbox race car? Bottle of mustard? Companies have always solicited customer feedback. The difference today is the pervasiveness and exposure of the feedback.

Re: Tell Me What You Think&#8230;

More posts from that Max Rosenthal guy.
