More importantly, it's pretty expensive if you don't sign up for TV and/or phone service too and we do over the air TV and don't have a landline. So we're on DSL for now which is the cheapest broadband option, but pretty reliable overall.

If CLEAR performs well over the next few months I might cancel the Verizon line though, as $50 for home *and* mobile broadband is an even better deal.

Re: First impressions: CLEAR WiMAX

No FiOS in your area?

Re: CLEAR holds Philly launch event for citywide 4G WiMAX network

Not last time I checked.

Re: CLEAR holds Philly launch event for citywide 4G WiMAX network

I thought you were based in California.

Re: CLEAR holds Philly launch event for citywide 4G WiMAX network

I thought you were based in California.

Re: Deals of the Day

Bad link for the Seagate 500GB drive.

Re: Acer AspireRevo nettop with NVIDIA ION LE graphics now available for $199

Thank you.

I just ordered a Aspire Revo Atom Dual Core 330 with NVIDIA ION from NCIX.com.

Got if for cheaper than building a HTPC myself using the ZOTAC motherboard w/processor.

Re: Acer AspireRevo nettop with NVIDIA ION LE graphics now available for $199

What is the difference between NVIDIA ION graphics and NVIDIA ION LE graphics?

Re: Up close with the HP Mini 311

It can play 1080p video smoothly even though it will be downscaled to
run on the lower resolution display. Most netbooks can't do that. You
can also plug in an external display via the VGA or HDMI ports and
watch full 1080p video on a 1080p screen.

Re: Up close with the HP Mini 311

How can it play 1920 X 1080p when the screen is only 1366 X 768?

Re: HP accessory giveaway

iCanHaz fRee stUf?

Re: Deals of the Day

Sorry, it looks like that deal has expired.
