However, this phone is by far the worst phone I've ever owned.  Mine has suffered many of the problems reported by others:  &lt;br&gt;- sometimes the touchscreen would not work&lt;br&gt;- sometimes the screen would freeze&lt;br&gt;- occasionally the phone has shut itself off&lt;br&gt;- now, after several months, some of the LEDs on the keypad will not shut off (even when the phone is shut down), thereby draining the battery&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If this phone were merely a lemon, that would be one thing.  However, many people have reported the same problems.  How could Sony Ericsson release a piece of junk like this?  I'll never buy another Sony Ericsson phone again.
