A characteristically brilliant post, thought-provoking and personal but also likely to be a big comfort to people who are on that journey of figuring out what they need to be fulfilled. Staring down my 40s, I can hand on heart say that my relationship with myself is more important than my relationship with any romantic partner - although that's easy to say when you celebrated a very different 10th anniversary this year, I know.

Here's to the next 10 years of adventures, whoever they may be with.

I've always loved the idea of being a morning person, but I've never been able to make it happen! It's even worse now I'm working from home with my office right next door to my bedroom. x

Please report back! Even if he doesn't try these, but finds something else that works for him. I believe oils are stronger/absorb more quickly, but they're so expensive! x

Yes, definitely check - I've read conflicting reports about it interacting with some medications (including mine, although I never seem to have any problems with these things). Better to be safe x

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH.

I grew tomatoes last year, but from seedlings which made it a lot easier - this year, I've gone from seed! I don't give them anything like as much care as I should (blame the pets??) but I have what looks like a healthy crop of almost-ready spring onions I should think about splitting up into another pot or two...

Excited to see what you could do with a proper garden!

Hi Katerina! Hope you found it helpful. Annoyingly my mum adopted this coat and it's at her house so I can't check the label. The colour range was much more limited a few years ago, so I have a funny feeling it was somewhere between the two - perhaps the "goldfinch" colour some of the other jackets on the website come in. Sorry, that's probably completely unhelpful - but it's definitely not pale enough to be the gold, and the maize looks a little more orange-y than I remember this being. x

Definitely keen to read your thoughts on Normal People the book as compared to the TV adaptation if you're still keen to read it - it's quite short, I daresay less of a commitment than 12 half-hour episodes since you spend a lot of time reading anyway.

Have added Trial By Media to my list (Never Have I Ever was already on there, but from your review it clearly ticks all my boxes!). But with the new series of Dead To Me, and all of Parts Unknown back on Netflix, will I ever get to them? WE SHALL SEE.

Oh, totally. And knowing Dexter was waiting for him was honestly a comfort. We just heard that they've lifted the postal restrictions and we'll be getting his ashes back in the next couple of weeks. Big love right back to you xx

Oh Shona. She has good days and bad days. Yesterday was really hard. She mostly wants lots of attention and cuddles, but yesterday she snuggled up in her Biggie-box with his read blanket and slept all day. I'm not sure how much she understands x

Oh, this made me do a wee cry. It's our 10th wedding anniversary in the summer and we wanted to celebrate with a return trip to our favourite place (where we spent our honeymoon!) but who knows if we'll get there this year. My heart is breaking for the city I love.
