Banning any guns is not going to stop any attacks ever. It's stupid to think that criminals follow the law. A fully automatic weapon can easily be machined in a garage with some basic equipment and a 3d printer anyone can make a fully automatic weapon. The reason is well known why Americans should and do own military weapons. It's because our country is unique and our Constitution calls for it. We must have the ability to over throw a tyrant and repel an invading force if need be. Sadly these attacks happen in countries more often who banned gun ownership period. Guns are tools . Punishment for all gun owners for the actions of a few mad Men makes no sense. We already have laws in place and laws are broken.
