Thank you for covering the wide array of religious freedom issues within Vietnam. Though my focus right now is the 379 monks and nuns from Bat Nha Monastery, I have Mennonite roots and am aware of the protestant prosecution taking place in the highlands as well.

It is time to reconsider Vietnam's role in the WTO until these religious freedoms can be addressed.

One element that none of the programs that highlight MIT, etc. is that we will still need the MIT's of the world to produce some of the content. Of course, if everyone/everything migrated outside an institution we would just have scholars providing content, right? It's an interesting environment.

We definitely need to start showing web 2.0; on my campus I serve on two IT-related committees and am chair of the committee on online instruction and this provides a great opportunity.

Great links Steven and thank you Patti for making the connection to traditional media.

Even though I recognize that user experience can be done with little or no money, and this is where I will focus, to do it at the level of Starbucks and the Ritz-Carlton will cost some money; I'm sure they spent a ton. Granted, we can learn from what they did in business and not spend as much money.

I've been using Disqus for almost a year on a couple of blogs. One thing not mentioned here is that all your comments (across blogs) are in one place if they all use Disqus. Also, if you manage multiple blogs then you can manage the comments in one place too.

Just to confirm your Pipeline account, I have you entered as pdiamond.

Your permissions are set to "Write" at the user level, but there might be some other tweaks to consider.

I'm not 100% certain what route will be best. Obviously we have spent considerable time on the previous drafts and most would probably consider them good goals.

Another option might be brainstorm on goals in light of the others documents and current fiscal environment. Then look see how it might mesh with our existing work.

Just adding measurables could work too. What do others think?
