I've not made it but from the recipe am sure it can feed a party of maybe 10+ = I will be trying it soon, and I can let you know. If you're having a party, am sure this will feed quite a few people. Thanks for visiting and yes, you do really need to go and visit it - its one of a few places that has keep its charm with the natural beauty of nature! Its the way I remember but am sure the town has changed, but just as long as the country side is the same with exceptions of course! I've not been back for years, and hoping to go back soon. Keep visiting, as we will be announcing our opening of B&B soon! Its the house that my Dad built for my Mom and we want it to be used while we are not there.... the name will JDBandB (JD Bed & Breakfast) - of course this will be filipino style with an english twist! :)

HAHAHA - good! Now, for anyone reading this, you should know that if YOUR husband, is retired and you're still out in the in work force - roles are switch and HE will make sure the housekeeping is done and dinner on the table! maybe share in the housework but guys, times a changing here, MEN is just as likely to help out around the house... :) The time is OVER for those who thinks that women belongs in the kitchen, WE are working longer hours for less pay and its all EQUAL in the housekeeping its just not His/Her job, its BOTH of our jobs...WELCOME to the next century!

I would like to thanked all the homeowners that came to the meeting last night! As always, its just a few that comes to these meetings and we thank you for making an effort and taking the time to come. There is always a lot of homeowners complains that we are not "active" within the community, but there is always just a few that comes to the meetings and or if we call upon the community for volunteers, everyone seems to "busy", or "they don't have the time"!!

We are planning a clean sweep once again as it was a success the last time we had it scheduled...and we hope to see more of you come together. Notice will be sent out soon!
