Sympathy For The Kettle down in the Lower East Side (on St. Marks) has an amazing selection of loose teas. Look into some earl greys, greens, or mates (if you like something strong).

no, no, no! that's only mascara smeared on my face after crying stupidly while having a talk with my dad. if anything, he gave me the biggest hug i've had, which really smudged that black stuff on my face.

i think the craziest i can think of was my last trip to Chile where we were in the south and were leaving a horseback riding place after asking the guy if he still does the ride we had taken 4 years before (he does), and while we were leaving, my mom accidently turned the wheel too much over to the right, and the right wheel of our rented car got stuck in a ditch and we were floating in air. Luckily, there were police cars passing by and they stopped for us, and 5 police officers came over laughing and pulled the car out with all of us in it. It was so embarrassing for my mother, but absolutely hilarious.
