Taking a packaged tour is a choice for a traveller, not a requirement (at least in most countries).

Re: What kind of experiences do you want?

Yes, you are correct...tourists have their own right to experience a place in their own way. Packaged tours are trying taking away this right. Now the reasons of traveling also changing drastically, people are traveling to get surgery done abroad. There are many reasons for this, for example - low costs and also to avoid long waits in their home countries.

Re: No Time-Out For Timeshare

Ten years back, I have purchased timeshare of a prominent resort company and now it's value has appreciated more 10 times. In fact, the effected patient doesn't know the reason behind the side-effects of the drugs. People dies suddenly in the hospitals and nobody got time to investigate the facts. In this aspect, Asian countries are very backward when compared to the Westerners. In India we doesn't have websites like you that analyzes each drug and its side effects and educate the people. The main reason is lot of population with illiteracy.

Re: Chantix and driving: my experience

I smoke about 15 to 20 cigarettes per day. I tried very hard to give up this habit but in vain. I want to try Chantix, but after reading your blog I felt that...I'm not in a position to face the side-effects it causes. Somebody suggested to use C-Vitamin spray in the mouth. Do you think it is useful to get rid off this habit?

Re: Scientists develop heparin antagonist medication

These days I'm getting severe pain in legs, when I contacted my physician he suggested to use blood thinner drug named "Trental". He says it will help the blood to become thin and flow easily in the veins. Do you think this drug will have any side effects?
