So we can even "smoke" vitamins now? That's an interesting turn of things. Just how popular are these cigarettes now? I know they are a relatively new concept but how do people respond to that? I suppose no smoking signs don't include these cigarettes...

My hair is a real mess, I am 26 now and despite all my efforts I didn't find any appropriate treatment to make it glow and have an aesthetic look. I sometimes wear natural hair wigs, I find it much easier to handle the problem.

No doubt there are few strong social and economical arguments in favor of marijuana legalization. Nevertheless the government doesn't show any loose signs here so I think we are still far from legalization. I am in favor of legal marijuana mainly because I know few kids that want to go in drug detox but don't because they are afraid of legal charges.

What's wrong with the world? This young man died because of pot? It's such a waste and I am sorry to hear about it. Pot is a pretty common drug, how could this happen? I work in a drug rehab center, it's my job to help people recover, despite all my working experience I am still not used with seeing so many wasted lives in the hands of drugs.

I actually have more goals: first I want to lose some weight and then I need to build some muscle, this is the only way I can make sure I won't put fat again. Somebody advised me to buy anabolic steroids if I want a successful training. What would you guys advise me?

What took them so long to realize the importance of addiction treatment for incarcerated people. I don't understand why drug users are incarcerated in the first place: this is a wrong and wasteful approach.

There is a purpose of the unions and I think that purpose is clearly specified here. Unions are supposed to support workers and I am glad they succeed in this. Women or men they all deserve equitable compensations. Despite what some of us might think, having a good compensation system is good for the employee but also for the employer.

I hope these locks are enough although I still have a trace of skepticism about it. Meth producers are highly motivated to reach those tanks and I don't think a lock will stop them. Nevertheless this solution will improve the situation.

I am not surprised to hear about this and I am sorry to admit that things are the same in other areas too. We don't care about finding and growing smart people any more, we only care about money. I just hope we'll realize this soon before it's too damn late... In these current conditions I might as well get a fake diploma, it would help me just like a real one.

Thanks for the tips, reading them all very carefully made me realize that the rest of the companies could also use these tips, not only start-ups. Human resources is a very important department in any company so we should give it the attention it needs. One of the most important aspects in this matter is employee recognition. Having a balanced recognition and motivational system gives health and strength to our company.

I welcome the "solar sailing" concept and I am extremely happy to hear about it, let's hope it will continue to expand in the future to higher levels in maritime industry. I wounder how would a cruise ship would look if built with solar panels.
