While I like my Naadam sweaters, their customer service is the worst and makes it almost impossible (if not impossible) to return a sweater. The CS team isn't responsive, the return portal doesn't allow for returns, only exchanges, and no one seems to be able to help out.

Customer service and returns should be part of any review. Please start including that.

I was looking at Framebridge for some limited art, and a signed T-shirt. But the online reviews are horrendous, and the shirt is irreplaceable and not worth the risk.

It's an editorial board editorial. Just like in the Wall Street Journal or New York Times, it's the collective point-of-view of the editorial board, and is likely written by the editor-in-chief. It's a standard practice - done by adults in journalism - for, well, likely centuries.

I did both 23andMe and Ancestry DNA. It was interesting albeit not surprising results, and I like 23andMe better for the extra medical information.
