I am a carnivore and eat more than a kilo of fresh meat a day. I see a kilo has about 4 grams of potassium. Therefore I should be okay with potassium. But my salt in take according to your other articles is too low.

And my adrenals stuff. My heart beat goes high at stages way above my expectations. I feel stressed and tired. Will increase my salt hope it will resolve the issue.

Been on carnivore for 36 months. Still getting diarrhea. And resulting in hemorrhoids.

I consume a lot of cream. And can do it easily. I do beef mince 95% of the time. 5% is a cooked beef carnivore stew. These stews have more fat than mince.

When I combine the cream with this stewed meat I start running.

I will have to stop the stewed meat.

The cream may be seen as an allergic gulprit. My issues is; why is it 99% of the time not an issue when I do mince with little fat and the cream?

My issue is that I have not healed what is causing the occasional but uncomfortable fat burst (pun intended) 😅?

Interesting article. Cool ideas. Personally we really like Instant Booking. We sat with an issue where we needed to qualify homes and owners; basically establishing if the combo of the owner attitude, listing rules, property location, and features impact the ability to maximise income. Basically the free tool asks the owner qualification questions. When done it shares an automated report tell the owner if his setup will really make good money, okay money, maybe not, and not. Very creative. I love photography. But I think creating fun "artistic" surreal etc photos are really where the fun starts.

I am on Android and use snapseed, and handy photo. I'll now have to find alternatives for the others if they are NOT available in Android.

Excellent. Like the in depth articles you write.

I like doing bikepacking. Or rather plan to do my first long trip. I am on MTB 29er. My route will be reasonably good to really good gravel roads.

What kind of tyre will be good for this type of traveling. 30% will be tarred roads.

Agreed. And this ISPs sell this ADSL while they know Telkom does not have staff to support it. I cannot choose Fiber, Mobile is not really strong so I sit with “Good old ADSL”

Popular it may be for Telkom but useless support. In 30 days my ADSL has been down for 15 days and counting.

You get 50% if they cancel. And 100% if they cancel within the last week.

But Airbnb is in the process of changing this to 60 days. And will also pay you 60 days before arrival. At the moment this just by invitation. But if you work through sites like mybookingpal you get this option already.

We are agency on Airbnb. And started not so long ago. We have 26 listings and nearly 100 reviews.

If you don't do Airbnb then you are potentially leaving money on the table.

The fact that they kept onto the money until arrival is not great. It's bad.

But the money we general for our homeowners is nothing in comparison to what we loss because we don't get money till arrival.

And communication is great using their app. And email. There's no excuse. It works.

Cancelation policy is a pain. But of all the bookings we have only had one cancelled and we got 50%.

But let me say it in other words:

Given all the objections I will not publish less on Airbnb. I will add and add. They make us great money. And our very many guests are happy. We are building a reputation and the guests are building their reputation.

We have also found that 99% of Airbnb guests leave the home in an immaculate state compare to other guests.

Lastly: http://BookingPal.com gives me an interface with added flexibility in publishing homes on airbnb. Bookingpal is used by agents to share accommodation when you have run out of availability you can earn commission by offer other agents properties.

Samsung S4 vs OnePlus One

The app works a lot better on the S4 than on the OnePlus One for exposure bracketing.

I am not sure if it's related to the phones or to the Camera FV-5 app.

I tend use exposure bracketing a lot:

On the S4 the intervals between bracketing shots were lighting fast. So fast that in camera shake was not an issue. Btw: Google Photos assistant took my photos to created HDR's because Google saw them as one scene with different exposures.

The sad news is that I cannot say this for the OnePlus One. In between the exposures the interval is so long you can yawn. And then Google Photos pick up movement and instaid of creating a nice HDR it creates a gif or video.

I am having issues on my OnePlus One:

I have used a Galaxy S4. When using bracketing the interval between shots on the S4 was a lot less than on the OnePlus. Without a trip pod it, was easier to make HDR photos on the S4 using Google Photos than on the OnePlus.

On both I have a problem where the app bombs out at certain stages. I am not sure when. When it did it told me that it could not find the camera. The other morning early before sunrise, it was dark but getting light, I tried to set a longer exposure and could not because it bombed out. It either froze or told me the camera was not available.
