I do have the pro account and could set the prices, but I never really gave it much thought.
Like I said in the post, I am not really looking to make money, but thanks for the advice.

I really have no idea on pricing ... any thoughts or suggestions

Re: TweetDeck and Evernote, a Match Made in Heaven

Thanks ! I used to do that, Favorite tweets throughout the day, but many times would forget about them.
What I like about Tweetdeck is the mobile ability to email it right into evernote.

Thanks for the feedback

Jimmy

Re: TweetDeck and Evernote, a Match Made in Heaven

You should def check out Evernote, I am constantly finding new ways to use it and make it a great part of many of my workflows

Re: TweetDeck and Evernote, a Match Made in Heaven

Thanks ! There is little discussion on TWIT any more that does not revolve around Twitter.

Re: Are Technology Podcasts a Thing of the Past

Great points Chris. I am just looking and expressing from my point of view. It just, to me, has seemed to be a pattern I have been noticing really when talking with other tech folks.

I do see that they have added shows, but feel this has only worked to dilute the brand he created, not enhanced it. I am not sure I trust the numbers on the top tech podcasts on the itunes store, as I think they are skewed a bit.

As for adding ad partners, that I think is a matter of them holding a large audience in the past, I would be curious to see how the numbers are trending more recently.

Re: Are Technology Podcasts a Thing of the Past

Hi Chris,

Thanks for stopping by.
I was not really trying to judge what happened necessarily on what happened, just what it sparked in my mind as to the bigger picture.

And I feel I can comment based on my history with podcasts, not to mention conversations I have had with several people of the last couple of weeks, who have all said the same thing, that TWIT and the others in the network used to be there go to but now they have all unsubscribed as well.

I am not saying the rest of the world has lost interest, but I would say the tide has turned that way. And the last time I checked blogs were a way to express ones opinion on their own experiences and thats what I did.

Re: BootstrapMD Collage

yeah the song is off a bit, but they only have a limited catalog and I couldnt find much else that struck me ..

Re: Event: If You Build It, Will They Come?

Well, gotta give the MD peeps a break once in a while, right :)

Happy New Year !

Re: What is The “Startup” Threshold?

Yes I do seem a bit caught up on this don't I :)
But this article popped up and made me think about it a bit more

Thanks for stopping by Jared

Re: And We’re Back …

Yeah definitely develop a plan to pull down at least a sql dump every week or so.
