RJ, if you're going to write a book like that, you're not going to make money selling single copies. You'd make money if you could sell it to organizations in bulk. I have a client now that write books about job skills and prep for teens. A few parents buy the book, but the real sales come from teachers and school systems who buy in bulk, up to 100 at a time. Write the book, then get hard copies made, then target large police departments, or police unions or academies. Find the contact there, send them a copy of the book via mail, with a personal letter and link back to your website where you have direct sales of bulk copies of the book. 10 package, 30 package, 100 etc... Extra: Create a video course with it that you give away for free they can view. There are ways to do this.

The only reason I don't see that happening is because they don't want to have a pure monopoly. Then people start with the anti-trust stuff. They need/want competition/options, to an extent.

Run for an elected office, then win, then watch the troll fest march on time 100. I've been living with trolls at various levels for 20-years online. I've never had a positive experience feeding them or interacting with them. Waste of time and energy and it just makes things worse. Block and tackle. Focus on those that love you and your products/services and wipe those haters out of your mind.
