I heard clips of the coaches speaking at Huber Farm. That story is great to hear. I really believe we are on the right track.

Crawford is a good kid. I hope he stays. I heard Crean mention tonight on the radio clips, paraphrase V. Jones is similar to S. Livingston (hope he doesn't get hurt) sees the court real well. However, has alot of bulking up to do. Also, spoke very highly of N. Williams

Allright here we go... I hope we can land Negedu! I really believe we have a great shot. Tijan Jobe signing is not gonna hurt in the least bit. In fact, I think it really helps us along with the considerable amount PT he will get.

I have mixed feelings about this. Rivers was at best an average role player at G'town. I saw the Hoyas play on TV at times and he was above average defensive player it seemed. Not to much of a threat offensively. We need players like this but... we also need some solid bigs. We are still really slim in the post...

Negedu and Rashanti Harris are the only forwards left unsigned in the top 150. Harris has 4 sec schools and Tex all listed as equal intrest. And we have a shot at Negedu.

Does not surprise me at all. Hopefully, Crawford will stay but we see, won't surprise me if he leaves. If he stays my respect level will go way up for him.

Mcgee is gone, this frees up a scholly. Sutton is gone. Negudu is out there. Anyone else IU might be looking at ???

my buddy saw him on espn and wasn't very impressed, but I've herd he is a great rebounder.....works hard.....and is a good post to post passer....I think he will be solid and get better over time

Boy, I sure would love to see E. Negedu come to IU. I really believe it would increase our talent. So far, I dont see why he would not start right away. That has got to be a great reason to come to IU. Plus the connection with Jobe....

I really look for alot from N. Williams, he seems like a solid player. I am still uncertain about Pritchard, I have never seen any tape of him.

says 4 schools are in the mix for negedu....jobe is his buddy....they are both native africans.....negedu liked marquette and IU....his gaudian lives in bloomington....he played o the indiana elite.......all we have to do is get passed world wide wes and memphis......if Jobe gets his role down and we sign negedu we will compete next year

How can you assume he would start right away? He averaged 3 boards in JC? He seems like a big project.

I would feel more comfortable with Taber and Negedu getting most of the minutes (assuming we land Negedu which is a big if).

I don't see this guy starting right away.

Also, I see Dumes in the backcourt next year and Pritchard will likely start as well or Taber.

McGee should see a lot of time, too. With a little discipline, he'll be a lot better.

Seriously, we need some bigs! Tom Pritchard is gritty and will turn into a solid Big Ten type player but after that we have Taber, McGee and uhhhmmm. Who ever is out there with some sort of talent and good ethic and size, IU should really look at that. Sutton? Not sure about this kid, up and down games, will get knocked around B10 play, needs weight. Thoughts about any other names we got 2 more schollys, I think???
