Dan - I am not aware of any special policies. It is probably covered in their TOC. My assumption was that it would be similar to Dropbox's, Box's or Google Drive.

I only see the first name & the first letter of the last name of the person who signs-up. This information is displayed under the "Bonuses Status" page under my copy.com account.

I don't know the person's full name/age/location and I don't get they person's email address. And frankly, I don't care. As long as I helped someone get 5GB extra space (and myself), it is a win-win for both of us.

Hi Adrian,

Pixplit is the only app that let's multiple users build a collage together. It is a way to create beautiful pictures with others and engage with people from all over the world thru co-creation.

With Mixel, a user creates a collage from his own photos and other users can create collages similar to his, but the concept of co-creation does not exist.

As for your open question - will people use Pixplit and stick around? I completely agree that every new service that gets launched might take away from others (or migrate users completely to the new one, see Friendster -> MySpace -> Facebook ...). In Pixplit, we've created something that has never existed before and our plans and hopes, supported by our unique concept, feature set & the engineered virality we have built into our product, are that users will find in Pixplit something they can not find anywhere else, hence use it frequently.

The new version of Hitpad has 80% of a Facebook client functionality (we don't support notifications, inbox, chat and games) and therefore needs access to a user's profile, stream, the user pages and their content, user's photos & videos, the ability to post, etc.

When comparing Hitpad's permission set to other apps that provide similar functionality of a Facebook client (for example Flipboard), you will find similar permission sets.

As far as I know, there is no way to define a signiture for compose and a
different one for reply.

The closest thing to that is adding more than one signature to the pool of
potentially used signatures by checking the "Random" checkbox next to each
signature (accessed from Tools... Signatures). I am not sure how useful this
feature is though.

You can create several signatures but only one can be set as the default.

I wonder what % of the large non-US publishers in each market are actually paying comScore the $10K / year fee and how does it compare to the % in the US.

I have a feeling there is a big difference there and that explains the chart.

I just checked and Radio Kol Chay is one of the stations that the app
VisualRadio offers. Just search iTunes for this app and install it.
