However, even if the book was only available in hardcover I'm not sure how this would contradict anything. When authors work with major publishers it's not the authors who have a say in distribution, it's the publishers.

Re: How Workplace Design Impacts the Employee Experience

Thanks Kyle, she was definitely a great guest!

Re: Activity Based Working, What Is It and Are You Using It?

If you check out http://leesmanindex.com/ and click on their study/research area you should find their recent reports!

Re: The Drag and Drop Employee

Thanks Tina, appreciate the comment!

Re: The Drag and Drop Employee

Sure you can call it what you want :) I'm less worried about the name vs the concept and what it means/how it works. Sure, doesn't sound to glamorous but it's accurate and people know exactly what it means!

Re: The Drag and Drop Employee

Thanks for sharing and much appreciated!

Re: Effective Collaboration is a Necessity, Not an Accessory

Appreciate the link to my article. However, I think how you feel about your job is also a big contributing factor to the amount of stress you perceive. If you don't like your job then any simple digital experience will feel stressful whereas the opposite is not necessarily going to be true. Interesting concept, thanks for sharing it!

Re: Does Work/Life Balance Really Exist?

Sure, but I think what you call is less important that what it actually produces!

Re: Does Connectivity Mean Availability?

Thanks for the kind words Matt, appreciate you taking the time the comment. However, many organizations are focusing on gender diversity programs to get more women involved in senior management roles because of the tremendous research which shows how they impact the bottom line yet at the same time there are several factors which are keeping them from moving up. Don't mean to sound a bit vague here but I have a large infographic I'm working on which will come out in the next week or so that explains this in more detail. Still, a fair question to ask!

Re: Three Perspectives on the Future of Work

Hey Dave,

You caught a typo :)

I have changed it from "adapt" to "adopt" and can certainly see why you found it to be confusing.
