Lately I've been wondering if it's a matter of crossing the chasm at all, in most cases I think it's more a matter of realizing that these are not technology companies, at least not in most cases. So starting with early adopters won't necessarily get you any closer to a mass market. I often disagree with popular opinion. But what we have here is democratization of content.
