Dreamhost is really good, I'm using it since 3 or 4 years now, never
let me down. It had some small problems, like most hosts have, but
they are quick to address those and they answer within the day, most
cases, in the same hour.

Worth every penny I pay for them.

Hi!

I'm having sort of a ... mm... situation? with the bike. If I do more
than 30 minutes, my (how do I put this) genitals and reproductive
organ (sounds formal!) get numb, like sleep. I have to stop and walk
around, the same sensation when a leg sleeps and you feel like a
million knifes attacking it.

Its not painful but I got pretty scared the first time. What could that be?

Calm down my friend. No, I'm not an IT guy, that's true. I'm a regular
user at most. This toshiba model actually don't allow a regular user
to replace or install any extra memory (it says it in its manual).

With this toshiba model, you need to take the notebook to their tech
support and they will charge you a fee to upgrade (or replace) the
memory. Its pretty frustrating to know they just want an extra $50 for
something you could do yourself, if you can guess where that damn mem
slot is. They changed it (information from their manual actually) from
place to place depending on the model and its only accessible by
Toshiba tech staff (according to them, of course you can always tear
the Toshiba in small pieces and find the "hidden" slot by yourself, if
you are a tech guy of course, thing I'm not).

So there you go. Info from the manual. You can't find it by yourself
being a regular user; its not just open a small door and plug it in,
like with other notebooks. Its "hidden" for some weird purpose which
no ones really care.

I'm on my way to buy a Dell in a couple of weeks. Or HP, I'm trying to
compare. We will see!

I would say, just do it! don't be afraid, read lots of books about how
to organize yourself (you gonna need it) and go for it. Don't listen
to anyone else other than your own head. People always say that you
can't do things, when they aren't even trying. Do the opposite; be an
example and do it.

I can promise you: YOU WILL FAIL. A lot in fact. It is one of the best
thing that can happen to any of us. You will learn by mistake, and
that's terrific. Expect to fail, to have no incoming emails for
months. To be around at forums trying to pick up the famous "how do I
get a client" thread; eventually, once all that is past behind you,
the victory will be damn sweet.

GO FOR IT DAMN IT! the best thing ever!

Hi Waleed!

The Aeron indeed looks like an excellent choice! Now we are seeking
for new desks, but its kind of hard thing to do here in Argentina
because most desks aren't made for our line of work, they are quick
Wall mart desks and they aren't really comfortable. So we are in the
hunt!!
