Mobile AND HTML5, what could be better. My dabbling with jQuery mobile has taught me a lot, and I'm sure I'd write a ton of blog posts after I got into mobile HTML5 development for some of my apps.

I love your solution, but there's a pretty big flaw which I can't figure out. It doesn't seem to support orientation. If I'm in landscape mode, the actionsheet/alert is always rotated in the direction of the home button. Any idea how to fix this?

Really impressive work. System.Data.SQLite requires full trust AFAIK because it uses native code.

Small update (resolved shortly after it started happening actually):

Dell fixed the laptop after sending an engineer out three times, replacing the motherboard twice, the graphics card, display and RAM. It would have been cheaper for them to give me a new laptop, but if it works I'm not complaining. =)

I really need the ability to assign comments to a thread. Before Disqus, I was using YATCP (another threaded comment plugin). I'd be happy to manually assign comments to thread, or to mark one comment as a reply to another one but I can't find an option anywhere to do it.

You can change the brightness by holding Fn (next to the windows key), then pressing the up and down arrows. On Vista you can set the default brightness in Control Panel->Power Options->Adjust display brightness.

Over the last couple of weeks, this has developed an unknown fault which causes it to crash. Dell have been out and replaced the motherboard, GPU and heatsink, but it's still happening.

It's spring loaded.

A word of warning though - Don't, under any circumstances try to put a mini-cd in the slot loading drive. I had to use two knives to fish one out.

Axialis is just an icon creating program. It lets you see the different formats and sizes of icons in a nice interface. You can use any icon editing program though.

I don't have one to test, but it seems to work on my Dell laptops. No problems with my XPS M1330.

Why would you lose programs? You're just moving your applications from a smaller partition to a larger one.
