I am a CFO at a family business surrounded by extroverts who was bogged down in unnecessary busy work, other people's todo lists and was depressed and completely out of flow.  By re-exploring my love of running founded in my youth and by also engaging in daily meditation and regular yoga practice I really found a much better daily flow, allowing me to cope better in day to day life.
