I use Evernote to store locations. I use my cell phone with GPS turned on. I snap photo of potential location in Evernote. Tag it appropriately and it will also include the Map of the location it was shot plus the background photo for future reference.

The Facial Recognition feature is awesome too. Then you can make face movie which with a bunch of kid pictures over a few years is amazing.

I can totally relate. Twitter became a time suck for me. I was on twitter before twitter became cool. It was mostly useless nonsense and like you said, you go back and nothing has changed with your extended network. Social media needs a purpose, if you are not using it with purpose, it is just going to consume you.

Masterpiece!!! Absolute Masterpiece! As a buyer's agent is not your job to make the seller happy or do the seller's agent job. Yes feedback is an essential part of the showing but not a requirement. The amount of showings and lack of offers should be a tell-tale sign that you are out of the ball park either with condition or price.

Dear Friend inside my computer,

You couldn't have said it any better. It seems we find places that are cool before they become the latest buzz. Active Rain and Twitter come to mind. Once they discovered by mainstream, they filled with the Anti-social Network spammers and bloggers that want to force feed you with all of their junk.

I have finally started to use FB more often but trying to keep that more local than anything. Twitter for me has become a distraction and needs me to regulate my time on there.

I'll see you on the next fancy social network before it gets notice...that's the way we hang.
