To be fair, I ate a deep-fried Oreo and Snickers in NYC, so you can find unhealthy stuff anywhere you go! I think the only time I was defeated was a big burger from Chili's in VA, so point taken...!

Hah. I was surprised by that statistic. But then again, after traveling through the Appalachian states I think that really is a poor barometer. NJ deep fries fewer things. Perhaps I should say, "New Jersey's offerings to the culinary world are not the healthiest."

Oh, I removed that one before I saw your comment actually. But not for your reason, just because it felt repetitive.

I like how you've pointedly ignored the line in the NYTimes article which says "New Jersey is one of the leanest states, according to CalorieLab Inc., which ranked it 42nd in obesity last year."

Just nitpicking a bit, as this really is a new low in political attack ads.

Yeah, same here. I usually listen to my ipod on random, across 11000 songs, but the other day I had a hankering to listen to this tune in particular, and then the rest of the album. Odd how that happens sometimes.

Last week, I found myself listening to Limp Bizkit's Significant Other album. Very strange times.

Erm, nope. 800,000 divided by 109 days is over 7,000 hits per day... Pretty big number, although it's obviously heavily skewed towards the immediate hours and days after it was posted.
