We have recently taken our pricing down but I think we're quite reasonably priced. We just like to make sure people have conversations with us before they start using us. Its a big tool with a lot of features and we find people are a lot happier with us when they have someone to talk to about the product.

I think the larger issue is that the world has turned us all into those hipsters with a macbook. The coffee shop is only adapting to our change.
