the stop sign at Fenway & Grove is a waste of natural resources. i.e. oil and materials wearing prematurely on our vehicle.
Every time we stop and start off in our vehicles the wear and tear occurs.
A YIELD sign makes more sense.

lets consolidate both libraries.
with the advent of the internet, libraries are soon to be a thing of the past.
lets not throw taxpayer hard earned cash into a sinking ship.

I do not understand why many get so excited when there is a possibility a new business will come to town.
If businesses really were a benefit to our tax rate I would be excited also.
To prove my point, look at any big city i.e.Boston, NY etc, yet with all those businesses the big cities have a higher tax rate than a suburb.

I think the town is 100% in the right. Imagine if it was allowed, very shortly we would see vendors all over the place.
I think the traffic circle is a dangerous place for the cart.
I drive through the circle several times a day and have never wanted to stop and get a hot sausage due to this.

I feel safer going to a resturant anyway.

Yes, New Hampshire does have a state income tax.
It is called "Dividend and Interest tax"
It is 5% no matter what your income is, $0 or $1,000,000.
Its not fair and no politician will do anything about it.

It's time Derry re-thinks it's downtown renewal idea. In this age people do not want to shop in a downtown area.
Notice strip malls, individual box stores and malls always have customer traffic.
The idea the downtown Derry can flourish as a shopping area is silly.
We pumped in over a million dollars awhile back to re-vitalize downtown and now everyone wants to throw more money at it.
Let offices occupy downtown. Let the market decide what business will locate there.
If the town wants to spend money they should give taxpayers a rebate check.
